We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Return Authorization Policy
1. Merchandise, in good condition, may be returned for credit upon inspection
2. Customer must call Peter Stone Jewelry within 5 days of receipt of merchandise for a Return Authorization (RA) number
3. A RA number may only be issued by a Manager. A log will be kept of all RA #'s issued.
4. RA numbers must be placed on the outside of the package to be accepted for return.
5. Prepackaged assortments must be returned in their entirety. No partial assortments will be accepted for returns unless damaged product was shipped.
6. Calls for a RA number received after the 5th day from receipt will be subject to a restocking fee.
7. No cash refunds, credit towards next sale only
